Shipping and Delivery

1. Order processing time

Order processing time is 1 – 3 working days. Please note that your delivery may take longer if we receive a large number of orders. If a significant delay is expected in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

2. Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 7 – 15 business days (may be longer depending on destination). Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Signature required upon delivery.

However, there may be circumstances we cannot foresee, such as: Weather conditions or logistical difficulties may cause minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days to accommodate delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.

Orders once submitted cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Shipping costs

Jerel.store standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

4. Shipping delays

If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, we will refund you the full amount of your order.

If your package does not arrive on time, submit a request and we will respond within 12 hours. Thank you for your patience and support.

If the shipping tracking code status is complete but you have not received your order, please check your home first because it may be hidden somewhere. If this still doesn’t work, please contact the shipping company we provided in your email notification regarding shipping status.
