1. How long can I return a product?

You can return a product within 30 days of purchase. If it has been more than 30 days, we are sorry that we cannot accept returns or refunds.

2. What are the conditions for a product to be accepted for return?

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and must include all original labels and packaging. The product must not have any traces of cosmetics, animal hair, or scents from perfume or deodorant.

3. Do I have to pay shipping costs when returning a product?

Yes, the standard return shipping fee is $6.99 and is non-refundable unless the return was due to an error on our part.

4. How do I request a return?

5. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it but you can return the item according to our returns policy.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method.

7. What if I receive a defective item?

If the item you received is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item for an exchange or refund.
