1. Return Conditions – 30 days

Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this time, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.

For a return to be accepted, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition.

The original labels and packaging must be intact.

The item must not contain traces of cosmetics, animal hair, or scents from perfumes, deodorants or cleaning products.

There must be no signs of damage due to use.

If the item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

2. Return Process

Once confirmed, we will guide you through the return process. You must carefully package the item together with the invoice and return form in a suitable shipping box.

Keep the tracking number to track the status of your return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Standard shipping for returns is $6.99 and is non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost unless the product is defective on our part.

If the product is defective on our part, shipping is free and you can request a refund or exchange.

4. Order Errors or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will process your request promptly.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days via the original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company to verify processing times. If you are still having problems, please contact us via email at [email protected] for assistance.

7. Change or Cancel Order

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us via email at [email protected] to request it. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or change it, but you can still return the item according to our return policy.
